Great Day Radio specializes in the radio creative and production business – and the company's founder brings a diverse background and years of experience to every project.
Michael Niles, formerly executive producer/creative director at World Wide Wadio, has focused his career on radio creative and production for the last thirteen years – including positions with Radioland and The Chuck Blore Company. During the decade prior to moving to the radio creative side, Niles worked at major ad agencies including Chiat/Day and Bozell.
While working primarily on general market radio spots, Niles got an up-close look at the booming Hispanic radio market – participating in the production of Spanish language spots for clients such as Starbucks, Coca-Cola, Mitsubishi and Bacardi. That exposure convinced him the time was right for a different kind of radio company.
"Great Day Radio is the first-ever radio creative and production company launched with the expressed purpose to specialize in writing and producing both English and Spanish radio commercials, “ according to Niles, “There's a growing need among advertisers for dedicated radio specialists who understand the unique creative and production requirements of both English and Spanish language advertisers.”
The company has established a creative and production alliance with an experienced team of Spanish language radio writers and producers. “They're Spanish language experts,” said Niles , “And they love radio as much as I do. We've worked with them many times previously and it's always been a great combination.”
Great Day Radio provides full radio creative services in both English and Spanish, from script development to production, as well as production-only services for ad agencies, consumer product advertisers, broadcast networks and cable TV channels. The company works with clients across the country from its headquarters in Los Angeles .
